Nov. 8, 2023– Lexington, KY– CHI Saint Joseph Health Foundations honored LBX Company’s outstanding contribution to the Yes, Mamm! Program at this year’s National Philanthropy Day Awards Luncheon. The event was held at the Embassy Suites on November 8.
For over ten years, the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation’s Yes, Mamm! Program has been offering free mammography screenings, diagnostic services, and support to underinsured and uninsured individuals. Through strategic community partnerships, the program provides essential services and supplies, such as lymphedema sleeves, wigs, chemo caps, patient navigation, transportation assistance, patient counseling, and education for the breast care team. LBX Company has supported the program since its inception, donating over $400,000 to the cause.
The National Philanthropy Day Awards Luncheon was hosted by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Bluegrass Chapter and was attended by over 400 people. The luncheon honored individuals and organizations significantly contributing to the community through philanthropic endeavors.
