When William Dana Ewart patented the Link-Belt drive chain in 1874, he laid the foundation for a company rooted in problem-solving with hard work, creativity, and innovation.

Since then, LBX has grown to provide industry-leading excavator products, customer-first support, and innovative aftermarket options. Our team develops, designs, and tests all our products to produce the most productive, reliable, and efficient machines on the market.

LBX Company continues to expand throughout North America by targeting emerging markets and developing a strong dealer network. LBX’s subsidiary, LBX do Brasil, follows these same principles as they distribute and support Link-Belt excavators in Latin America and Brazil.

Leadership

Eric Sauvage

Eric Sauvage
President & CEO

Eric Sauvage joined LBX in 2008 with 19 years of experience in various key management positions in both North America and Europe in the agricultural, construction equipment, and financial services industries. Prior to joining LBX, Sauvage served as controller for construction equipment product development of CNH Global N.V. Before joining CNH, Sauvage spent five years with GTE Directories in financial operations roles, including business development.

Sauvage earned a master’s degree in international management from the University of Dallas, and a bachelor’s degree in financial management from Ecoles Des Cadres in Paris, France.

Mike Reynolds

Mike Reynolds
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mike Reynolds joined LBX in 2013 as the Corporate Controller. With 14 years of experience in manufacturing, between NACCO Materials Handling Group in their lift truck division, and ThyssenKrupp Presta, a tier one automotive supplier, and 6 years of corporate administration between Kraft / General Foods and Lexmark International, he has held a number of key management roles in his career. In his current role, he is responsible for LBX’s Human Resources, Information Technology, and Supply Chain activities.

Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University.

Rod Boyer

Rod Boyer
Vice President, Customer Support

Rod Boyer joined the LBX Company in January, 1999. With over 30 years in the industry, Boyer created and now leads the Customer Support team, including LBX Field Service and all facets of the parts and service business. His expertise spans a two-decade career with Case Corporation, where he served as the Eastern Region General Manager of Construction Equipment, headquartered in Racine, WI. With vast knowledge in construction, agriculture, parts, and service, Boyer continues to grow and expand our important customer-focused organization.

Boyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Ag Economics from the University of Missouri, in Columbia, MO.

Don Harvell

Don Harvell
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, North America

Don Harvell was appointed in January 2014. He is responsible for Sales in North America for the company’s Construction, Forestry, and Material Handling Equipment. With over 30 years of experience in sales, he came to LBX in 2002 as a Region Manager, and while at LBX he also held the positions of General Manager and Director of Sales for North America. Prior to LBX he was a General Sales Manager in Retail Heavy Equipment Sales.

Harvell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University.

Bradley Selack

Bradley Selack
Director Engineering, Product Quality & Product Safety

Bradley Selack was appointed in 2013. He came to LBX in 2006 as Engineering Manager in Forestry and Material Handling where he oversaw all engineering activities related to forestry, material handling, and the high-reach demolition machines. Prior to joining LBX he held management positions at Lift Technologies, Inc, a front-end solutions provider to the forklift industry located in Westminster, SC and Clark Material Handling Company, a forklift maker located in Lexington, KY.

Selack has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

Keisuke Suzuki

Keisuke Suzuki
Director of Corporate Audit & Finance

Keisuke Suzuki was named LBX Director of Corporate Audit & Finance in 2017. With 27 years of experience in various positions with large, multinational Japanese manufacturing organizations including Sumitomo Construction Machinery, Kobelco Construction Machinery and Konica Minolta, he has held various staff and management positions, primarily in accounting, tax, and planning roles. In his current duties, Suzuki is responsible for corporate governance, controls, and compliance.

Keisuke Suzuki holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.

Matheus Fernandes

Matheus Fernandes
Business Manager for the Latin America

Matheus Fernandes, Business Manager for the Latin America region, has joined LBX do Brasil in 2012, with over 20-year experience in key leadership positions in the power, construction, and agricultural equipment industries. Before joining LBX Company, Fernandes worked as Financial Controller at Sidel do Brasil, belonging to the Tetrapak Group, Plant Controller at Energizer do Brasil, Industrial Controller at CNH Latin America, and Project Controller at General Electric do Brasil.

At his current position, he is responsible for expanding LBX businesses in the Latin American market.

Matheus Fernandes holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo, and MBA degrees in Foreign Trade and International Relationships, and Finance Management and Controllership from FGV and University of California, Berkeley.
