Eric Sauvage was appointed President and CEO in January 2014. He joined LBX in 2008 as Vice-President and CFO. In 2011, he became Executive Vice-President and CFO, with additional responsibilities for Engineering/Product Development and Strategic Planning. With more than 30 years in the industry, including over 20 years spent with CNH Industrial, he has gained extensive experience through various leadership roles in Finance, Sales and Marketing, Product Development, and Manufacturing in North America and in Europe.

A native of Paris, France, Sauvage earned his U.S. Citizenship in 2006. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration specializing in International Management from the University of Dallas, Texas, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Corporate Finance from Ecole Des Cadres, Paris, France.

Mike Reynolds joined LBX in 2013 as the Corporate Controller. With 14 years of experience in manufacturing between NACCO Materials Handling Group in their lift truck division, and ThyssenKrupp Presta, a tier one automotive supplier, and 6 years of corporate administration between Kraft / General Foods and Lexmark International, he has held a number of key management roles in his career.

Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University.

Don Harvell was appointed in January 2014. He is responsible for Sales and Marketing in North America and for the company’s Construction, Forestry, and Material Handling Equipment. With over 30 years of experience in sales, he came to LBX in 2002 as a Region Manager, and while at LBX he also held the positions of General Manager and Director of Sales for North America. Prior to LBX he was a General Sales Manager in Retail Heavy Equipment Sales.

Harvell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University.

As one of the founding directors of the LBX Company, Rod joined us in January of 1999. He is a respected industry leader with over 45 years of experience including a distinguished 20-year career at Case Corporation in Racine, Wisconsin, culminating in his role as Eastern Region General Manager of Construction Equipment. His first role at Link-Belt Excavators was as Director of Customer Support, assembling and managing a customer-focused team of parts and service professionals and becoming the Vice-President of Customer Support in 2011. He is an integral member of the Company’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and this new role will drive the Company’s efforts to develop and execute a strategic plan and comprehensive curriculum for all internal and external training programs that support key strategic initiatives.

Boyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Ag Economics from the University of Missouri, in Columbia, Missouri.

Matheus Fernandes, Managing Director Latin America & Brazil, has joined LBX do Brasil in 2012, with over 20-year experience in key leadership positions in the power, construction, and agricultural equipment industries. Before joining LBX Company, Fernandes worked as Financial Controller at Sidel do Brasil, belonging to the Tetrapak Group, Plant Controller at Energizer do Brasil, Industrial Controller at CNH Latin America, and Project Controller at General Electric do Brasil. At his current position, he is responsible for expanding LBX businesses in the Latin American market.

Matheus Fernandes holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo, and MBA degrees in Foreign Trade and International Relationships, and Finance Management and Controllership from FGV and University of California, Berkeley.

Amanda Gammon joined LBX in 2006 as a Senior Accountant. During her time at LBX, Gammon has held various positions in Accounting, Warranty and Financial Planning & Analysis, including serving as Corporate Controller for 5 years. In her current role, she is responsible for human resources, information technology and supply chain.

Gammon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Campbellsville University. She received her Certified Management Accountant certification in 2020.

Michael Burton joined LBX in 2006 as an Associate Design Engineer, conducting numerous field tests for Excavators and Material Handlers. As a Design Engineer, he developed and implemented data acquisition systems for product testing. In his roles as Engineering Manager and GM of Engineering, he led the development of the company’s Forestry and Material Handling Equipment. He is responsible for overseeing Current Product/New Product Engineering, Product Quality and Product Safety, including compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Burton holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from Western Kentucky University.

Kevin Roberts joined LBX in November 1999 as the National Parts Business Manager and was named Regional Manager for the Southeast Region in 2011. He has held titles such as North American Sales Manager and General Manager of North American Sales before moving into the Director of North American Sales position in November of 2024.  He is a current member of the LBX Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as well as the Fiduciary Committee.  Prior to joining LBX, Kevin worked in a variety of aftermarket management positions inside both Terex Corporation and Clark Material Handling.  He holds a Bachelor of Sales/Marketing from the University of Memphis.

Wise joined LBX in November 2006 as a Marketing Analyst. Over the years, he has held various leadership roles within the company, including Sales Training Manager, Brand Manager, Sales Operations Manager, Distribution Development Manager, Market Development Manager, and General Manager of Marketing. Wise holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.

Sakamoto joined SHI in 1990 and has held multiple roles in Administration and Finance fields in SHI Corporate and Business Units. He has been dispatched to Group Companies of SHI, in the US, China and Germany. Most recently, he was General Manager, Financial and Operational Excellence at Sumitomo Demag Plastics Machinery based in Schwaig, Germany. Sakamoto graduated from Tokyo’s Waseda University with a Bachelor of Law degree.

Josh Barnett is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in the heavy equipment industry, specializing in service operations, dealer relations, and technical support. He is known for his ability to lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence through a deep understanding of technical processes and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Josh began his career as a Bradley Fighting Systems mechanic in the U.S. Army at Ft. Hood, Texas, which laid the foundation for his hands-on technical expertise. He has also held significant technical roles at Liebherr, Maxim Crane Works, and Walker Machinery, where he honed his skills in a variety of heavy equipment environments.

Masashi Tamaki, Director of Demand Planning and Business Operations joined LBX in 2025. With more than 19 years of experience with Sumitomo Construction Machinery, in the International Sales Division, he gained extensive experience through various leadership roles in Corporate Planning, Sales & Marketing, Product Development and Supply Chain. Tamaki holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a minor in International Business Administration from Kanda University of International Studies in Japan.

Duncan joined LBX in November of 2015 as Market Intelligence, Pricing and Programming Manager, where he improved LBX’s understanding of market and economic trends. In his roles as Senior Manager & General Manager, Corporate Planning, he’s focused on long & mid-term planning, establishing the project management office and process improvement office. Steve came to LBX after positions at CNH, AEM, Quad/Graphics, among others. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin, and a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School.
