LBX is proud to mark its 20th year as a member of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI). LBX has been a strong supporter of ISRI and regularly exhibits at the annual ISRI Scrap Recycling Convention & Exposition, displaying our full line of material handling machines and work tools, including our newest purpose-built model, the Link-Belt 600 X4 MH.
“During my twenty-plus years at LBX, I’ve had the pleasure of attending at least 15 ISRI conventions throughout the United States and once in British Columbia,” said Randy Phillips, Southeast Region Manager for LBX. “The one thing that I took away from each trade show is the fact that ISRI made every effort possible to showcase our Link-Belt material handling equipment to potential customers. Each venue was first class from the location, accommodations, and even the food.”
“In addition,” Randy continued, “ISRI went to great lengths to educate customers on ways to improve their business practices from buying the right equipment for their scrap yard to selling their products. The partnership between ISRI and LBX has improved our position in the marketplace with the product we have to offer.”
Kevin Roberts, LBX National Sales Manager, agrees. “ISRI is a wonderful opportunity to get together annually with our dealers and customers to talk about our scrap, material handling and work tool products. Unlike other organizations, ISRI supports its members by providing the latest news and training opportunities while being a vocal advocate on critical issues that impact our industry. I look forward to the meeting in San Diego and catching up with old and new friends alike.”
Based in Washington, DC, ISRI is the voice of the recycling industry promoting safe, economically sustainable, and environmentally responsible recycling through networking, advocacy and education.
