The Link-Belt Exchange program provides customers with the option of purchasing fully re-manufactured hydraulic pumps, travel and swing motors, injection pumps and complete Isuzu diesel engines at savings ranging from 20 to 30% below new.
Before any ReMan assemblies are shipped, they are bench tested against OEM specifications to meet the rigors of any working environment. In fact, to ensure that ReMan components are quality replacements, each assembly is completely disassembled, thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and reassembled using OEM components.
All ReMan components are backed by an extended warranty period of 1 year / 1,800 hours, whichever occurs first, when installed by an authorized Link-Belt Excavators dealer.
ReMan components offer performance and service life equivalent to new at a 20 to 30% cost savings.
You can order custom auxiliary hydraulic kits for Link-Belt Excavators equipped with hydraulically-controlled attachments. These high-quality kits are made by HKX and are specifically engineered for each Link-Belt excavator model, with special attention given to accurate hydraulic flow and pressure for maximum productivity. Kits are fully integrated with the factory monitor and joysticks
Kits include all necessary components for complete installation of auxiliary hydraulic systems on Link-Belt excavators, with easy-to-understand instructions and on-line support tools. Kit components come pre-assembled and turnkey install locations are identified for quick and easy installation.
Link-Belt Hi-Performance fluids are designed to maximize performance and extend the life of your Link-Belt equipment. Link-Belt hydraulic oil is specifically formulated to provide wear protection to Link-Belt pumps and components. It has a much higher filtration level than other commercially-available grades and meets an international cleanliness specification of NAS 1638-Class 9.
Link-Belt diesel engine oil is recommended for use in every make of turbocharged and naturally aspirated gasoline and diesel engines and meets the strict requirements for specification CJ-4 used in the newer EPA regulated engines.
We focus on keeping your equipment up and running so that you are as productive, competitive and profitable as possible. The Fluid Analysis Program is a preventive maintenance tool that can extend oil drain intervals, extend equipment life, increase resale value, and identify minor problems before they become major failures.
Our laboratories are ISO 17025 A2LA accredited, assuring accurate and quality testing. Once a sample is sent and tested, the results are always available online for viewing. All historical records for any particular machine are automatically matched with future tests for that machine, making it easy to track and evaluate maintenance performance over time.
Our program provides all needed containers, sampling equipment and shipping supplies. Five strategically placed labs are located throughout North America to minimize shipping costs and turnaround times.
