Shellman Bluff, GA- The first annual charity golf tournament, Logistics for a Cure, was held this week at the Sapelo Hammock Golf Club.
Link-Belt Excavators debuted their fifth Pink-Belt machine at the event. Pink-Belt machines have raised over a million dollars for breast cancer awareness, contributing to foundations that provide care and education in local communities and nationwide.
The tournament featured raffles and awards, including golf clubs, travel bags, Pink-Belt Scale models, and awards for team winners, sponsors, closest to the pin, raft game, and longest drive.

With Sapelo Hammock Golf Course, McIntosh County, and those unbelievable volunteers, we pulled off a great event for combating Cancer. We plan on many more!”

Pink Belt has officially begun her nationwide journey to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research and support. The machine will visit participating dealers nationwide, stopping for special events, open houses, and displays. The tour will culminate at ConExpo in Las Vegas in March 2026, where she will be auctioned off, with all proceeds benefiting the National Breast Cancer Foundation and CHI Saint Joseph Health’s Yes, Mamm! program.
