PINK-BELT is an 15.2‐metric ton Link-Belt hydraulic excavator painted pink to show support for breast cancer awareness. It will be on display at various charity events and fundraisers all over Central Kentucky during the next year and a half. PINK-BELT will also be featured at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG construction equipment show in Las Vegas, NV on March 10-14th, 2020, where there will be a charity auction, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Susan G. Komen Foundation and CHI Saint Joseph Health to aid their efforts on the national and local levels.
The foundation was started in 1982 by Nancy Brinker following the death of her sister, Susan G. Komen, from breast cancer. Their mission is to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering others, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to find the cures. More than 100,000 volunteers and activists work through more than 120 Komen Affiliates to mobilize more than 1.6 million friends and neighbors every year through events like the Susan G. Komen’s Race for the Cure® – the world’s largest and most successful awareness and fundraising event for breast cancer.
CHI Saint Joseph Health created the Yes, Mamm! program to increase access to lifesaving mammography screenings, diagnostics and travel assistance at no cost to individuals in Kentucky that are underinsured and/or underserved. More than 500 Kentuckians will benefit from the program this year alone. The ultimate goal is to increase early detection and grow life expectancy while providing healing, hope and wellness to all.

We’ll be embarking on our Diggin’ For A Cure Tour, sending our 145 X4 Spin Ace hydraulic excavator down south and out to ConExpo in Las Vegas, NV – March 10th through 14th, 2020. There we will be auctioning it off where 100% of the money raised will then be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation and the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation’s “Yes, Mamm” program.
Mobile bidding starts March 6, 2020 and ends on March 12, 2029 at 1:00 PM PST. Bidding will switch to a live auction at 2:00 PM PST at booth F5342 at the Festival Grounds. Bidders must be present at ConExpo to win.
