LBX is excited to announce an update to Link-Belt RemoteCARE – our user-friendly equipment management tool that combines telematics with GPS technology for 24/7 remote monitoring and security.
This update provides an improved user experience for both dealers and customers. Updates include a new “dashboard” home screen highlighting equipment and important notifications at a quick glance and new filters to better sort equipment. Users can take advantage of new reporting tools, including the DTC Status Report, Hour Meter Report, and Periodic Service Demand Report – all aimed at preventing minor problems before they become major failures. Backend database enhancements have also been implemented for future updates resulting in decreased load times for a smoother user experience across the entire website and on the RemoteCARE app already available for smartphones.
RemoteCARE monitors many items, including machine location, fuel consumption, attachment working hours, temperatures, and fleet utilization – allowing users to stay on top of their machine’s maintenance. In addition, service maintenance reminders and warning history enable fleet managers to stay in the know on their equipment. RemoteCARE telematics is included with no subscription fees and applies to all RemoteCARE-equipped X3, X4, and 40-Series forestry machines sold or leased after April 1, 2014.
