Jay Shafer of Shafer Equipment Company, Sparks, NV placed the winning bid of $145,000 to claim a Link‐Belt 145 X4 Spin Ace hydraulic excavator. The auction was held March 12, 2020, during the CONEXPO‐CON/AGG construction equipment show in Las Vegas, NV. LBX Company LLC of Lexington, Kentucky sponsored the event.
Fondly named Pink-Belt, the entire machine is painted pink to show support for breast cancer awareness.
